Thanks for the research everyone! It's good to know where this tops out. 1352 pp? Not bad.

For the record, this item was released for EQ's 13th Anniversay, hence all the 13s: the dials go to 13, 1.3 sec casting time, 130 min. recast delay, 130 SC.

It is back on sale in the Marketplace for March 2014.

Also, at level 55, the multiplier is 5. For a single 13 on the dial, you get 13cp x 5.

I bought this on my character on the progression server and I use it every two hours while I am playing. The numbers on the dial only go to 13 for me. The lowest payout I can receive is 78 copper when the dials only land on one 13 (which is the only single dial result that will yield a prize, otherwise you need two or more matching numbers). The highest payout is the result of the three dials landing on 13 for a payout of 1300-1500pp (I don't recall the exact number but it was a surprising amount).

I have only had three 13's show up once but I have had plenty of doubles and it seems that the prizes increase in value from 1 -> 13 (doubles and triples only with triples paying out about 10x more).

Some of my results are posted below. I stopped logging a few weeks after I bought the purveyor so there's a lot of rolls for which I have no record.

Here is the apparent formula at level 95 :
- one 13 gives 104 copper (13*8)
- two non-consecutive X gives X*8 silver
- two consecutive X gives X*8 gold
- three X gives X*8 platinum

Therefore the maximum prize would be 104 PP for three 13.

Bought this on a whim since it was on sale. Plus its like a free slot machine.

Rolled a (11, 11, 8) and I won 5g and 5silver at lvl 61. Other times when numbers do not match I only won 6silver and 5copper. Usually I lose.

I will update with payout if I ever hit the max payout or if the payouts change when I am lvl 62.

Highest # i have rolled is 14 which leads me to believe that the highest # you can roll is 15.

This means that the odds of getting all 3 numbers to match is 15x15x15 which = 1 in 3,375 odds in hitting jackpot. (not good odds)

From the way they phrased it, they make it sound like the jackpot is 169 pp and up. My fear, however, is that it is actually 169 pp and down. I have yet to hit a jackpot, though, so I have no evidence of this.

As TouchinMyself stated, this item was for sale in the Marketplace for 130 Station Cash. It was due to disappear as of today. It will probably be back next March.
