The 26 delay is a bit slow. The +2 poison damage makes it useful against MOBs with low poison resists. Most plants, fungal fiends, and their higher level equivelents will resist it a lot. So, against high poison resist creatures its only a 9/26. Personally, I don't fight a lot of grimlings. So the +1 bane damage is not much use. I do fight a lot of gnolls so the +10 bane damage of the Gnollslayer is very useful. I fight a lot of vampires so my Blessed Stake is handy. Not bad for a mid level rogue. But I would not pay more than 1500pp for it. Not when I can get a Shaded Dagger or CSF for 1K. More likely I would give between 800 and 1000pp (since the poison dmg is not guaranteed to be there against every mob).

awsome weapon. I pick one up for a Newbi for a stuid piercing weapon. i was just offer 12k for it it a graet dagger so have fun with it..
