i dont know about you all but 2k is not high enough but around 8k i can see that..i must say however that i have one myself and have had it since i was around level 24...the best amount of pp that ive spent on items was with the Prayer Shawl. i will tell you all this though...i DID NOT pay 2 or even 8k...i got mine for a VERY LOW price of 200pp. i dont know what the guy was thinking when i found this in Bazaar mode but i snatched it up right away. i want to know if this drop is common or rare in Kedge Keep. maybe its just my server price (Tunare) but 200pp did seem a bit low for it. i will tell you though that anything b/w 8 and 10k would be worth it. seeing as how there are not very many good shoulder items out there for an IKS SHM. if you all know any. please reply and let me know. :)
Why is this so much still? 8 wis with no other stats is pretty cruddy much better out there for cheaper, I would rather of three stat rasing mods than on big one youre gonna max out your wis with nothing else to show for it which is somewhat pointless
There's a whole new market out there for twink items, and this thing will sell quickly to anyone who is rolling a new druid/shammie/cleric Alt/Box/Twink and wants him to start out with some good Wis. No levelrequirement is worth good money and paying 2k is nothing for someone who already has some level 65 toon.
Just check some items that seem overpriced and see if they do not have a levelrequirement.

I'm thinking 32k for this, is more likely one of the same idiots with the 10k water flasks, and 90k gnoll heads, rather than someone actually trying to make a sale.
That, or they are hoping someone will think it is part of the quest for the BLESSED COLDAIN prayer shawl (its not).

I got one of these in Kedge Keep off Estrella Of Gloomwater, Took her out with me, 57 Magician, 53 Paly, and 49 Druid, she dropped fast, I would say all you who want to pharm KK, a full group from level's 45-50 would be able to handle most anything, just stay away from Phinny.. He's a hoe.

For the money, the Chokidai Hide Spaulders are better than this item for a shammy. Shammy's should NOT waste the 8K on this item - buy the spaulders for <2K.

One of three nice items we picked up before half the guild got whiped out by phinny on a off pull. very phat item and was duely awarded to a good druid.Also we got the Driftwood chest and a prayer shawl.
