This item dropped on The Conductor (named in Windsong) I have killed this named at least 30 times and this is the first time I have seen it drop.

Saw one drop in Argath, so must be all VoA named, just rare as heck.

Rare doesn't even come close. I have killed approx:
50'ish Tier 1 Named (Argath)
15'ish Tier 2 Named (Valley)
8 Tier 3 Named (Rubak)
And still have not seen one.
I have seen links in-game and know a guildie that got one... but Daymn they are rare.

According to www.eqresource.com the Triuvirate Blood Stone drops from named in VoA T3-4.

So the quest says, Powerful warriors of Alaris.... is that named, mobs in a certain zone, Raid Bosses?
