I was thinking this might be the reward from the "Necromancer twilight sandals" quest, since the reward there isn't listed

Why is it when someone asks repeatedly in these posts for the name of the MOB and info....all anyone can do is talk about how great or how bad the item is. Sometimes people just say how easy or hard the camp was but personally I think they are talking out their ears because they cant seem to NAME THE MOB when asked over and over. I bet they bought them. Gesh...is it that hard? I would as well like to know WHO DROPS this item. Does anyone out there actually know?????

Well, for a twink item the 2% wouldn't show up at all...you know 2% of 100 is only 2 skill. I guess it would become more worthwhile as you leveled up, but for the starting levels you wouldn't notice the skill increase at all.

Enchanters would do well to look these babies up, the whole mez line is conjuration, would be real nice for improved CC.

Actually, a wizard would benefit more from this item, since most of them have great difficulty making those annoying flappy pets.

... but once the flappy pet has been created, you can then zone etc. with no further need to re-cast (at least for 10-12 hrs).
