Bought this for 563pp in the iksar necro guild, mainly because I was frustrated about not being able to find any monk-usable wis items for sale after constant auctioning in LOIO and FV. (Why would a monk want wis items anyway? To imporve my brewing skill... want that tradeskill trophy and have 211 brewing so far).
OK item if you want every bit of wis you can squeeze out, but worth at most half what I paid.

The Stein of Mogguk easily offsets the -DIS.
Plus, Disease is probably the least important resist in PvP. I think it's worth the -10Dis, since the stein is +25Dis.

disease is more of a PvE resist.
if you really want to handle disease in PvP there's a bracelet with a few charges of cure disease as the result of a newb quest in misty thicket.

this is one sweet *** mantle i dont care what you think. 4ac 2int 2wis 10mana beats the hell out of my old crappy frozen mantle. and i'm on pvp so i have a buff i always have on +25 dis so the -10dis really means nothing

No, but it is used in Necro Test of Mind, for some reaaaaly cool planar mantle (Bloodsoaked Raiment)
