went on raid there just to kill any named that was up and get some spells for guild on sleeper server..got it off the spirit ..wasnt to bad 25-30 on raid took maybe 5 mins to kill along with the two adds that came in with it. great pulling from the only monk on raid Janis..won them with 9 dkp cant wait to try em out

Just did a miniraid on this guy was alot of fun, took like 30 mins, was only 2 monks there me lvl 52 and the lvl 65 puller who had hella good gear. So in the end the knuckles were there as well as a bracelet of strength and shadow heart. Now Im the proud owner of a new pair of Knotted Knuckles

These days this is only an OK weapon. Just an SoS with better stats but no proc. We killed him today and he was duel weilding the Knuckles, so I went ahead and looted one since I was the only monk/bst in our little raid. The other one rotted. But I have a Staff of Flowing Water, so will prob never even use this unless I really need the resists for a particular mob.

sorry not all of us like to spend 60k on a CoCW or 70k on a CoF to get the 40 pct haste that the secondary epic claw provides. Not to mention the damn nice stats on the claw. Btw the primary claw...perfect for soloing...so either your a lvl 10 beastlord without a clue, or ur a whiney ranger cause it made ur epic worthless
considering the ranger epic and the beastlord epics are nearly identical (a few stat points aside), if the ranger epic is worthless, so is the beastlord. so lay off the ranger bashing. Think first, speak 2nd.
and fyi, i play both classes so dont even start.
and then there is also the question of how exactly can one class'es epic can make another's useless (hint: it cant).

Isn't this weapon the same ratio as an SoS but with some stats? If it is, wow what a good new offhander I have for my monk... if I win this on a raid that is :P
SoS is 14-27, isn't it?
0.9 weight, definately a monk item, oh wait.. hehe. At 60 this would add around 75 hp. Very nice item even without the stats.

This would be a nice little toy for Beastlords, their level 60 disc plus this item would make for a nice streak of damage.

well just got mine today i must say very very nice weapon..disease and poison are a pretty hard resist to come by for us on gear thats worth-while and this is one hellah item to have both )...Well ty to forged souls for letting me at this great wep )

And beastlords HTH cap is higher then monks.
I don't know what planet you play EQ on but BL cap for H2H is 250. Monk cap is 252.
Real questions is who cares. It's a great weapon for any class. If I were playing a Beastlord I probably wouldn't want it though, because by the time you're taking on these mobs you should already have epic. This isn't really worth it for a Beastlord.

They did it to change the game a little bit. Now there are 2 classes with fists that actually do dmg rather than one.

Nope, definitely a BST item. Monks get enough of the good stuff. Time for the Beastlords to rise up and take their rightful place!

although a very nice item for BL and Mnk's i would be more inclined to give this to a Mnk. and before you start anything I have a 45BL but since by the time he is able to go to UP he will have his epic there would be no need for me to get this.

Doomshade, level 63 war/monk mob in Umbral Plains. Took about 20 level 55+ to kill... He also dropped a nice 1hs Longsword of Freedom, 20/29 offhandable...

Mmmmm, very nice, wouldn't mind grabbing one of these. By the way, what do these drop off of? And what is the rarity of the drop??? Thanks a bunch.
We got ours off of Radir's Spirit in the Fire Cave...seems that the boss mobs in this zone drop random wepons and the ac12 (stat) 6 vs all bracers..have gotten Mithril Short Sword, and this from Radir..Tawnos has dropped the Staff of Virtue and the Flaming Dirk for us also. dont plan on camping them for specific items unless your after Zelathinak, he has a chit load of hps but easy enogh with 2 solid groups....hope this helps
we had a little more than one group and we did spirit of radir. this dropped, no monks with us, so i logged onto my monk and ran up and looted it. i wouldnt suggest sitting around waiting for someone else to kill this mob and loot it, cause im pretty sure these spirits are on a long spawn timer, and its more likely theyll have a monk.
