Nitore Initiate Robes raises your faction with Seekers of Splendor by a mild amount when equipped, maybe 100-250 or so? -- the Nitore on the ground floor of the resplendent temple.

It will not help with the KoS Nitore on the upper floors, which are Order of Radiance.

Not sure what the purpose is. The robe poofs from your inventory after a while, possibly when you enter the filth below?
