Ruins of Kunark
Fixed a believed error (based on several comments in the thread) of this item not being found in City of Mist... it was in the database as being foraged in CoM (seems unlikely, but please post if it is indeed a foraged item...).
We need modern item window pic of this item.
We could use a pic of someone wielding this item.
If someone wants to run amok in Howling Stones, it would be nice to confirm the drops of this weapon.

Drops from a sepulcher spectre in HS also.
mob info says its off a HS mob while the zone info says its CoM. i guess it would be safe to assume that this is just a random kunark dungeon drop?
This drops off the named mob, A Crypt Wurm in the north wing of Howling Stones...

This item drops in Howling Stones off of a Bile Sentient I believe (one of the named goo's in the North Wing - after the drop down, first door on the left). Never heard of it dropping in City of Mist.
