This WAS the faction page for a (possibly erroneously named) "Hall of the Ebon Mask" faction which in game actually shows up as "Ebon Mask". All references to faction hits are now listed under the "Ebon Mask" faction page only.

Unfortuantely the mask will not necessarily help, especially if your faction is as bad as mine :) I hear you can sneak into the rogue guild.. however, once you are in there.. then what? when you pick pocket.. you become visible. Sounds like a good way to die if you ask me. I will be hunting these guards in BB apparently.

Im not sure if this mask works for this as well but if you go to Lower Guk and get the mask of deception (Ellusion, Dark Elf) you may be able to get in there and continue the quest. I am waiting my turn to loot the mask now so when i get it i will post to the resaults

Well, what kind of faction, becuase I have to pick pocket this guy in rogue guild for my epic like right now and need anything to get my faction wioth EBON MASK

Anyone know how to raise factions with the dark elves?
I need to raise my faction with my guild here... any creatures that can raise? I'll keep looking myself of course...

I've found that Killing Lyda Nasin no longer gives Ebon mask faction.
She only awards negative faction hits with most of Freeport.

There are two guards in Butcher Block named Guard Gonin and Guard Kyte. Kill them for faction with this group.
