The most efficient way to farm this faction is at the fairy tower doing The Moonfires' Burning Desires. There are roughly 20 or so Fairies outside the Ladies of the Light Tower. All you need to do is loot the Enchanted Collar, then turn it in, and you get roughly 25-30 standing depending on your charisma. However there is a trick to cut down on travel time. Kill all the fairies, and leave any Collars you find in the advanced loot window. When you've cleared all the fairies go back up to Qandieal and turn the first one in, and then get the task again, pull one collar out of the loot window, turn in, and repeat. The RNG on the drop is just that, RNG, but I've got as many as four in a single clear, which puts it at about 120 standing in one cycle, due to the actual fairies giving +1 standing. I've also been skunked for two full cycles, but you still get the passive standing for killing fairies.
If you're planning on doing the Model XLII Spatial Temporal Oculus then I suggest getting I Can Fly from the gnomes at the farm, as to not waste the drops.
This is the most efficient way to solo this, however if you're grinding this standing with multiple toons there is another step you can take. These task will take you into the Brownie area of the zone. Again, each brownie, like the fairies will yield +1 standing. Before you go, if you're interested in getting the Gyrospire Relocation Device then make sure you get the quest before you start here as one of the drops needed is from the brownies, and is not pre-lootable. Side-note, the drop in question seems to be much more common on the valley floor opposed the the tree village of the brownies.
This method requires you to be high amiably, low kindly to get two of the three tasks, and warmly to get all three. Due to this I suggest doing the fairy method until you reach this breakpoint.
Start off by putting a campfire down at the top of the Ladies of the Light tower next to Erradien. This NPC will give you the task Mash Brownies. A very basic task that requires you to kill 20 brownies, named do not count towards this tally. This task alone gives 45 standing due to the passive standing from kills and the 25ish from the actual quest.
The second task is The Rescue from the uppity lady Kaerra of the Light on the ground floor. This is an extremely easy task where you need to kill five brownies, talk to the NPC Agilica, kill two more brownies that spawn, and turn in back to Kaerra. Agilica is outside the main brownie tower that has the Queen's spawn. As you can see, you need to kill seven brownies for this task, if you have multiple toons the total number of brownies you actually need to go out of your way to kill for Mash Brownies isn't that many as each toon needs to hail the NPC, which spawns two brownies each time.
Finally the last task. This is more of just an "extra" task, as it only yields 15 is standing. The quest in question is The Queen's Demise, also given to you by Kaerra, though you need very high Kindly, more realistically Warmly standing. All you need to do is kill Queen Veneneu. She's level 80, runs at low health and not a lot special about her.
What you'll want to do is head to the entrance of the brownie village area. Here if you have levitation you can use the wall to elevate yourself so you can actually run to about the mid-way point of the village, cutting down on travel time. Only named see invis from my experience and not all of those do. Your goal is to go directly to the Queens building area. Kill the five required brownies to activate dialog with Angelica. Repeat hailing her as many times as needed. Then kill the queen. Be advised pathing inside this build is garbage-tier. Mobs will simply vanish. Kill the Queen. Finish off any remaining brownies needed for Mash Brownies, then campfire back.
Doing all 3 of these tasks yield roughly 85 standing, and it takes about 10 minutes. It's important to note that the Queen Veneneu's respawn time is about twice as long as other mobs in the zone form what I can tell. You can basically do the The Rescue, and Mash Brownies an additional time before she will re-spawn. That being said the high standing required for that task means you'll only need to do it maybe once or twice to hit ally. Getting it done once is nice as its needed for the Ladies of the Light quest achievement if you're into that sort of thing. The chest augment from this standing is very nice, which requires ally standing.
If all else fails, you can do a circle around the tower to finish off that last bit of standing needed via fairies and The Moonfires' Burning Desires.
I hope this helps someone.
