I am capped out faction with these things as they are still Ready to Attack! Nice job Devs... Made a completely pointless faction line.

It says Nymphs of Darkwater could not possibly get any better. I goto a potameid noble, protector and retainer and they scowl at me, so they are not from this faction.

I'm afraid that that the fact they want to kill you still does not mean they are not on that faction. Many factions are deliberately capped below Ally. In this case, the cap may be so low that you can never reach a level that they won't attack you. I'm not sure why the devs even bother to put such a faction in, but they do.
