Storm Reapers

Jillin's Stew. This is one of those rare delivery quests where both the quest giver and the delivery recipient are in the same zone. I pulled both NPCs to the same area, stood next to each other, snared and flung them to wipe ago. Zoning shoukld work too. I created a hotkey with two lines: /targ Blin and /say I will take the stew. I positioned the Give button of the give item window over the Deputy NPC. I then tapped hotkey twice, then clicked twice. That is +1 faction every 5 seconds, or max negative to max positive in 5.5 hours. Still faster than Runnyeye waiting on repops, unless your already nearly max.

Another challenge is that both NPCs will occasionally warp one time, to a different but non-spawn-point spot. Each time this happened, I then dragged the NPC that did not warp, to the one that did, and resume the turn ins. Following this approach, they both finally settled with permanently in spots near enough that you can cycle the deliveries indefinitely. This took me 5 drags to find the sweet spots.

Each repeat gives the following faction:

• Guardians of the Vale: +1
• Mayor Gubbin: +1
• Storm Reapers: +1
• Merchants of Rivervale: +1
• Dreadguard Outer: -1

These are all unremarkable however. Guardians of the Vale, Mayor Gubbin and Merchants of Rivervale are more easily raised via Bandages for Honeybugger (with Coalition of Tradefolk Underground repaired cleanly via Tonics for Groflah). Dreadguard Outer fixed cleanly via Bottle of Red Wine.
