read the other web theads on that link above it has the spell prices, ect.

Spell purchasing trick:
Run to the vendor. Open merchant window and quickly click an insta-invis potion from inventory. You'll be invised and still be able to buy and sell. Cheers!
On test they have the venders at a diffent loc so they may move soon.
