Well .. how cheap is really cheap?
The newbie quest/gloomingdeep armor has been upgraded and it's free.
LDoN (gothic/sandblasted) armor should be 200p/piece or less for the most part, altho chain is rarer than plate.
Ignoring armor for jewelry for a sec - https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2193 is a must-do quest.

Thanks for helping, I'm all set on gear tho, got 212 wisdom (currently lvl 11) Friend who was playing the Zerker hooked me up with a 30k drog and 30k spending money.
