Ok I have now come much closer..... I only have TWO steps left.. however.... No one wants to go to POF with me :( all say it is too horrid there.. and I can't go on my own.. and the few that will come with me is apparently not enough.. so is it possible to skip the child's tear part??
Can I just simply go back to COM and kill the last one?? or is not having the childs tear going to effect not being able too finish ??
I am not scared that if I can't skip that part I can't finish epic and I am so close.. jsut 2 more steps :((

Lickle, I went to Plane of Fear on Saturday and I'll start playing my main again next Saturday when I get my corpse from Shadowrest. Below is a classic description of getting owned.
I went in with a 65 ranger and a 65 shammy to help some friends who got wiped there. I figured the experience would be good for the same reason you asked about PoF. As soon as we zoned we got hit by about six mobs on a hill. There was a big cone thing with arms, two little guys I found out later were Imps and a couple more. I lost all my buffs in under 15 seconds. So did the others. Fido went a few seconds later. I tried to duke it out (the zone in is one-way) but couldn't get off a spell. I was about 50% when I got Feared and ported. Where? I dunno, no map. When I stopped running I saw the cone thing coming down a hill and started back up when I ran into a gorilla on steroids. He took out his flyswatter and made me a spot on the wall.
After running back from POK, my bind point, I saw about 20 naked toons hanging out in the cave (apparently more people had come and fared no better) having fun blasting greens and arguing which pet would get the weapons. We decided to organize a panty raid and get our corpses back. Another 65 shammy ran in and managed to drag 3 or 4 corpses to the zone in before adding his to the pile. Someone had connections in the top two raiding guilds on Stromm and asked for help. He was turned down flat and told he should have known better. A couple of brave souls argued for going in and overwhelming the mobs but in the end good sense prevailed and everyone left to log on their alts, swearing future revenge.
Alls I can say is TG barbs look good in their underwear.

Ok now I am even more scared lol.. does any one know if this part of epic can be skipped.. how can I expect people to put themselves through that on my behalf ;( some one?? can't I just go to come and kill the reaver and have lthe last guy spawn kill him and wallaa??

You cannot skip the PoFear part of the quest.
If you try to kill Rak Ashir without first handing the Child's Tear to him he will not drop the scale you need to turn in to get the spear.
I got my tear due to the help of a very kind (and well equiped) level 70 beastlord. He was able to handle just about anything in the zone that could get between me and where the Iksar Broodling was. He had me zone in and run north until I was behind the wall of fire where it is relatively safe. I died there due to a see invis Shiverback picking up my trail on the way but he found me a rez and was able to lead me to the broodling without too much more trouble.
The zone is very dangerous but can be handled by high-level players if they are smart and know what they are doing.
The same beastlord also helped a level 55 shaman I know to get his tear as well so it was no fluke that it can be done.

Well last night I was able to gather alot of people.. off we set.... get there and not ONE darn beastie in site ;(( thanks to the maintence apparently when that happens one has to wait 24 hours :(( so all that was for naugght.. so hoping tonight wil be able to get those kinda of people again....
don't get me wrong I did not want to cheat on it.. I have done this epic from start to finish nto skipping ONE part... it is just I odn't know alot of people so it was hard imagining being able to do the POF part and also from all I have heard I would have hated people being killed and hard to get too...
That is why I thought perhps it is best to skipp that part but as you say now it can't be skipped so... on to POF... wish me luck and lets hope this time he is up lol

Ok, np, we can do this. Get backup armor from bank. Being very careful, we sent the monk in first to check and see how close the mobs were. None in sight. SWEET, here we come to drag and CR. All of us zone in, BANG BANG OMGWTF?

That CR took over 6 hours. I'm told we had 25 corpses from our first attempts, I know I got 4 rezz's. Props to TFS for the help =)

I went back to the zone on a five group raid with my guild and we owned the place. Apparently the key is clearing the zone-in hill after which the zone is pretty straight forward. No Tear but revenge was sweet.
I'm pretty sure ya got yer tear Lickle but you never told us how. So? What happened next?

The trip to plane of fear was well ummmmm lets just say I was brave I went even though I was gripped in fear lol that place scares the hell out of me lol.
I was lucky enough to find a Level 70 nec who knows fear well and it is his favourite zone, (he solo's in there for fun.... trust a nec lol) we here about 15 people...
That place is tricky cause there so many traps, if the Imp agros some one one they have to camp... normally two cause one wil have to keep it busy so he can camp then the other sick pet while it give him a chance to camp.. either that or the one that got the aggro gotta die for the greater good...
The Imp will not agro unless you are fighting another beastie he will try help them.
There is then a time one will have to be sacrificed and run up a hill.. well I was the one that was being sacrificed so I cna't tell you what was on up that hill all I know is I ran up and poof Iwas dead as a door knob before I knew what hit me lol... it was an AE dot but it kills in ONE blow lol
The others were safe cause they stood a distance away and once the ae dot was casted it was safe to go up...
The golems all kinda attacked at once, when one was pulled so that got a bit hectic but at the end they were killed and a little green ittty small ikky popped and one hit and he was dead and I held the tear of a child in my hand... and at that point swore I will never need to go to POF again..... ROFL... till I now find out I have to go for my Nec's epic which is almost done only posky and pof left =/
I tell you that feeling you get when you hand last item in and you do the little chit chat and then you get the weapon (I almost paniced at this point cause I did the hand in.. tried do to the full chit chat bit, wouldn't let me lol and I saw know weapon, only after going throw all my bags of junk did I find it was placed in there lol) can be very addictive ;)
