1-10:newbie zone
11-13:CB throne room
14-22:PC
23-32:unrest
33-40:echo Caverns
41-50:CoM
51-60:Planes
61-65: BoT
66-70: WoS

Just piggyback in on a riad so you can get fire flagged. WOS and BOT don't hold a candle to POF.
