Can anyone tell me if there are items that a Paladin can use to slow/snare a mob? I'm looking for a proc item rather than a charged one, but I have only found one in the database; is this even an option to us Knights?
Might be one or 2 items, but not most of them are low level snares and not higihly useful as they are resisted a lot.
Anklesmasher is the only droppable one I can think of. Kind of pricy, at least on my server, but its a snare weapon.
Yes, it is a low level snare, but it works on some pretty high level mobs. I have used Silken Whip of Ensnaring to snare mobs in nobles causeway, its warrior/ranger only, but has the same proc.

Tserrina's Whip from Tower of Frozen Shadows is also a paladin usable snare weapon. Easy mob but might take a few kills to get since she doesn't drop the whip every time.
if cant get those items there is a root item that drops off of spiders in CC is low lvl but great when out of mana and in a pinch
