Ok, so im looking for those lower level tomes(leg sweep, dragon strike, ect.0 basically 20-45lvl tomes. I see that they are listed as live, but where do you buy them? cant find them anywhere.

All tomes are available on the PoK merchant, Minus Disciples Aura, Leopard Claw, Phantom Shadow, and the ancient at 65. After 65 you gotta do Muramite runes <hooray>
