well i started a rogue the other night and i just wanted to know how many illusion masks are out there, i know there is a barbarian one and i thought there was a DE one but i'm not sure please help me out if you can. just links or the names of them would be awesome (also please include the one's that do not drop anymore)

Oddly, the Dark Elf mask that drops in Guk isn't on the list... That's the easiest one to get and the first one most Rogues go after.

All the Illusion masks that are listed are available except the Gnome mask which was on the Guards in The Sleeper's Tomb. This mask was lost once The Sleeper was awaken and is not available except if someone is selling it and it will cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 200kp. At least that is a price I have seen on one that I have seen for sale.
You will either need to get the DE mask or use a potion that turns you into a DE for part of your Epic 1.0 and if you progress to Epic 2.0 you will need any one of 3 others.

There is an additional mask avail in jaggedpine at the poachers camp...lots of agro here so stay away from the river..potameids will kill ya quick....anyway, not sure how to post the link so here it is in my shakey old writing Burnoise of the Halfbreed, ROG, BRD, FACE SLOT, AC 4, DEX 6, ILLUSION HALF ELF (MUST EQUIP, CAST TIME 9.0), RACE ALL, MAGIC, LORE, NO-TRADE, REQUIRED LVL IS 34; QUEST CAN BE LOCATED HERE IN ALLA UNDER JAGGEDPINE QUESTS (NON PREMIUM)...HOPE THIS HELPS /SALUTE!
DE Mask is very helpful if you need to get and use the Worker's Sledgemallet and you are not a DE. This mask makes even elven rogues/bards not KoS to the outpost in The Overthere.
Still need amible to do the quest, though
You need to be non-KoS at OT fort to do the Sarnak Braid turn-ins to boost faction to amiable. I think that is what he meant.
I did this quest by using Puppet Strings on the turn-in NPC. H/S until behind him, dropped hide, used puppet strings (took 3 of the 10 charges for a success, made turn-in, got mallet. No illusion needed. KOS faction.
Some guilds keep a set of the strings handy for people to do just such turn-ins.

Since you added Ball of Clay, then you might want to add Veil of Flames. Illusion fire elemental.
