IMO means " in my opinion "

I out DPS the rogues in my guild sometimes they out DPS me we always are really close. I use my 2.0 and have 1150+ AA. On AMV in anguish I have broke 3k DPS but usually get around 2300.

Ok, you are all relying on rogue backstabs for dps, and saying that makes rogue dps situational... which true some rare cases rogues cant get behind thier mob, and lose back stab... BUT you are all also saying with good gear, and a ton of aa... and rogues with a ton of aa can backstab for almost as much if not just as much damage, from any where on the mob with aa... Every one will always have thier doubts about which class are the upmost dps... but the devs have even put to rest this issue... Zerks great dps, ability to tank better then most, snares, stuns and the such... rangers, GREAT with a bow great dps, usefull spells, the ability to solo. Monks again GREAT dps, the ability to effectivly pull, and FD. wiz the POTENTIAL to do the most dps in the game (but wont if they are smart cause they would get splatted) and ports and other spells... Rogues hide and dps. every dps class but rogue have a use in group other then dps... rogue IS dps, thats all they do, thats why they live. and there for, the devs bumped them up, and have stated that rogues have THE MOST melee dps capabilities, beyond a doubt... yes there are going to be instances where a fluke will happen and a rogue gets crappy dps and another dps'r will get good damage that fight... eq is on a dice roll system for damage, so its all random. but on average, the rogue will be doing more DPS then any other class.
