I know the devs like to keep hitting the Mage and Necro pets with the nerf bats, so not sure anymore what the precise numbers are (I could give you a number today and it could be completely different tomorrow) but the BL pet looks a lot better in comparison than it used to. I still wouldn't be rushing out to build an all BL bot army to permacamp raid bosses, if that's what you're thinking. I don't believe they are strong enough for that.
