How does a drakkin enchanter buy spells from Erudites @ Erudite Palace?
Illusion: Erudite doesn't seem to help, and Alliance cannot be cast on the NPCs. . .
any help is appreciated.

Try another illusion, or if need by, look for other meathods of getting the spell. You could always make an Erudite toon and use that to put the spell in your shared bank. I am a Drakkin Enchanter myself, (Osh'vir) and I never have had issues with spell purchasing.
