Kinda new to the warrior...My question is, are there any items out there with a lev ability,either worn or clicky for a warrior?

You can camp up a Pegasus Feathered cloak from South Karana. It is clickable from your inventory. There are also player made lev potions that are cheap to buy in the bazaar.
