Confirmed, lvl 37 ones exist.. so do lvl 33 ones.
They're necromancers and shadow knights.
They also drop Shadow Essence, Essence of Shadow, Sunshard Dust,
they flee when low life, and have around 2300 hp.

my 37 mage has seen 2 that have been white cons they are fare and few between it seems
They are located around the campfire that Gubjak started

These are higher than level 30, they con yellow or red to a level 33 character.
Nice quest, and great camp for some xp though. The constant spawn rate and fairly valuable drops is really nice.

This part of the quest for "Gubjak #1: Summon the Spirits". They spawn after you handed in "4 bog four Bog Barks" and Gubjak the lost sets the fire at /loc 1840, -2000
They stay up for an hour. If failed to complete the killing you can either restart or get a friend/box to spawn it by doing the quest and doing the first two parts of "Gubjak #1: Summon the Spirits"
