These skeletons can be found along the coastline to the North and West of the port-in location. They, along with their Warrior armor dropping counterparts, 'a rotting husk', inhabit a couple of beaches along the coast.

Best way to get there undetected, assuming lev, is to head Southwest from port-in until enough water is between you and the shore to assure no aggro and look for a large columnal structure to the North, which should be visible after a short distance. The skeletons will be on a beach just North and below the column, which is a safe area.

In addition, there are also some Shaman mobs where the beach meets the land that can be pulled if needed. Note, there are also several casters that wander from the beach up a hill nearby between you and the skeletons, so caution must be used.

Finally, the named Warrior mob, Sir Savagery, has a chance to spawn on the beach as well.
