i can not seem to get this one to even spawn. i had a theory on getting it to spawn but it hasnt worked. i had the soothsayer spawn a couple times for me when there was a bunch of soothsayer trash mobs up. so i figured i would kill everything to get more chargers up to help spawn this guy. well that didnt work well either.
i also killed every single charger in the zone untill none would respawn. nothing helped.
my loc is from raspers maps.
so far i cant stand the spawn rate of named in UF. just today killing for 12+ hours in gnoll camp we got 3 named and 1 clay... i can see this taking a long long time.
