No rampage, just a DoT that he casts throughout the fight ( is resistable but rarely did with 600 fire resistance )
He does fear throughout the fight, so be prepared to switch to walk or get on mount
DOES Enrage at 10%
Found him just north of the Wizard portal
Soloed by 85 Magician.

without a doubt the most annoying fight i've ever done... hit him once or twice, spin around 5 seconds... repeat, however he doesn't summon, so i was able to use my bow out of his casting range... still not worth the trouble.
I totally agree with Ricc. The Fabled Talendor is super annoying. Don't engage unless you have a lot of time and a high tolerance for being spun and feared. Upside was that my baby ranger got a new cloak.

Mob not worth the trouble. Loot sucks compared to how stupid this fight is.

It just took me out from the rear, made my 61 rogue look like a lvl 1... AE'd me for 1300 and max hit was 2256 with a few 1500s in there. if I had known he was near, i would of gotten out, but what can ya do when ya distracted with other fight with 3 adds.. by the time fabled got to me was at 30% hps... its not right he got me at the wizzy portal... oh well... thats my 2 cents worth

Use Melee on this guy, quite resistant to most spells... Took him out with a 80 War and 80 Cleric (boxed by yours truely) 80 Monk, 76 Beastlord, 80 Rogue, and 78 Necro

Got taken down today on Tunare by me (level 75 2.0 anguish monk) another monk more uber than me lol, 2x 75 shamans (2.0 and anguish also) a cleric (2.0 and anguish) annnnd a lvl 75 pally (also anguish) pretty tough fight we managed atleast, and the cloak went to my level 48 twink zerker hehe, great and fun fight =)
48 lvl twink, with a requirement of 70 to use ....what a waste

On a good tank, this dragon's direct melee is almost a non-issue. The VAST majority of his threat is in his 5min DoT, aggro scrambling through his spinstun (MA is spinning more than not), and the annoying fearing of the raid. Use 2-3 solid fearless tanks, preferably knights with the AA; use warrior group warcry on clerics and star DPS groups, and buckle down for a long fight. Ample group heals and MGB heals between fears. Keep DPS aggro very very very very very low.
Mass radiant cure after the fight ends, and continue monitoring raid health for 5min after. Dispels will clear the DoT and save your life at cost of your buffs.
Pain. in. the. ***** And the cloak isn't worth it anymore. Get a Sash of the Battlemaster and a Cloak of the Spirit Hunter instead =) Spend your raiding time on the Luclin mobs that drop 400hp/m items.

i will know in about 2 hours and will post to let you all know but pallys got a fearless AA the dot is not that bad and only hit my 75pally for 1800 was high low was 34 90% was 700 to 800 if not for fear would be np
Wiped a 29 member raid with an average level of 66 in under 2 minutes on Firiona Vie last night.

Tough bugger this one. Max melee hit was 1604 today. Fire dot did 1100 dmg per tick. Fear seemed irresistable and his aggro range was huge.
Initially tried to fight him out by the fire lake. His pathing seens to take him around the west side of the lake then back to the north above the zone in to OT. Bad idea as the CR took some time after we wiped. Next we waited til he was close to the OT zone and pulled with a ranger. He doesn't run very fast so it wasn't hard to get him. Used another ranger as back up incase the first got summoned or dotted during the pull.
The fight was much easier at the OT zone, but he still managed to wipe us. The melee wasn't too bad (like i said max hit was 1604) but the dot was a killer. Plus the fear was irresistable. We had everyone leved and on "walk" so they wouldnt run too far.
I think we had about 20 or so folks (decent gear) with avg level of about 67. Hope this helps.

yeah at 69 he conned yellow to me....hit max 1487 btw...anyone know if he drops the book too by chance? lol

I've noticed that the fabled mobs have the same items they normally drop AND the fabled drop too. This is just a guess but I'd think he drops the book.
From what I have learned it seems Fabeled only drop 1 fabeled item. He may drop the normal book but I dont think it would be fabeled. I may be wrong but I am pretty sure
