Fabled Ry`Gorr Battle MailJust killed him with level 59 Rogue and merc healer and got both BP items.
He conned yellow to the Rogue so is at least level 60 on this occasion.

Please keep in mind that the Fabled Chief will still spawn Avenger adds about half the time - their numbers vary; but if you have trouble getting the Fabled Chief down, then a number of adds spawning immediately after and going for whomever is nearest their dead chief is not a pleasant surprise

necro pet tanked the entire time while the dots did damage. chain heals from paladin and necro seemed to do the trick. 70 nec / 60 pal.
