Also drops a wrist item https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=59896 dropped it twice, so it was pretty common along with the 2Hander he drops.
The west side of the zone has a giant section. I found him in a hut with one other giant. He saw invis. He was in the eastern most hut. I cleared the south route to him, and was able to pacify the other giant in the room with him. He was easy. I needed one hot pot. He dropped Gleaming Blade of the Elddar 52 damage, 36 delay 2hp weapon. 185 hp. It rotted.
