Yes, South of the tunnel to SG. But for those looking to sit and wait on a spawn.
Also, she changes "form" after the initial turn in.
Her "ready" form has long hair. As soon as you turn in the tools, a short-haired version will replace her. (Luclin models at least)
If someone fails the fight, the short haired version will remain up for a bit of time (I didn't time it).
Respawn after Failure ~4 hours. Respawn after win ~10 hours.

Based on the dragon hits, I'd bet it's -500, but confirmation would be great!

kk...so what some 1 is saying 1nce i kil the captain i give the thing he drops to charisa she gives me the robe now me being monk i want the bracer so i have to bring the robe to leuz for bracer or just give robe back to charisa?

No...you hand in the robe to charisa.. to get the bracer or the talisman.

Someone in guild said something about if shes wearing a bag around her arm? that i couldnt quest it. Only if scout has no bag then i can quest it, is this true?

i will agree so, that means people already hand in the Scout Tools to trigger giants, so if you dont see giants around that prob means that whoever tried to quest has become giant's lunch....

It takes her 10 hours to spawn. Which is the only hard thing about the quest, alot of people with 2 accounts send a rogue there and hide at her spawn spot. Then when she spawns they tell their guild and everyone comes rushing over to help someone do the quest. I dont like this method personally but hey what can ya do. Good luck with this and i hope they dont nerf it somehow.

spawn time actually is between 11-10 hrs. we killed it yesterday morning around 11ish am and she poped again around 10ish pm. the this morning she poped again around 8ish am.

she cons blue to me at 58, must be a lil higher than lvl 40. Pulled her for kicks, as someone had already done the quest and she wouldnt spawn the giants for me. She hits for 60 to 80ish and is an Enchanter mob. Note, if you pull her she has a VERY high assist radius and mobs from all around come to her aid.
Havnt actually killed her, wonder if it would reset the quest for me.

what faction is she on?
the guys posting the talisman of benevolence quest said she was kos but didnt clarify if he was on Kael or SS faction...

She's right behind the SG zone, up the one hill towards the ocean, in a little cove...
She is on CoV faction, so if you are hated by dragons, you will be KOS.
She's for the Benevolence quest that starts in SS...you get a set of tools from Leuz, take to her, hand them in, and some giants spawn...need to kill the Kromriff Capt, loot the disk, then take back to Charisa, who gives you the Robe of Benevolence...you can take it to Leuz for the Bracer of Bene...or you can take that back to Charisa for the Talisman of Bene...

you dont take the robe to Leuz for the bracer you give the robe to charisa and she will give you the bracer then you give the bracer to her again to get the talisman she also gives you a note to take back to Leuz
