Actually this merchant has absolutely nothing to do with the Beastlord epic. She is, however, involved in another Beastlord quest. Rittuh Purrik is the NPC that you hand a note to and then she starts the 4th leg of the Beastlord noob handwrap quest. When you turn in the note you receive from completing the 3rd part of the quest, Rittuh Purrik gives you a bag that you then fill with hopper tails, combine, and then return to her. She then gives you a note that you take to Kery Miann, and the rest of the quest goes from there.
