Ritald is the start point for sk 1.5 prequest
what a useless post this late in the game. surely it would have been better to have avoided posting this OBVIOUS information.

Hi all,
I hand in 3 items to Ritald in dulak Habor for SK 1.5 pre-quest and he hands them back to me?
Gm told me my faction is low with him.
Help plz.

Follow right zone wall from Gunthak.. he's by the docks, looks like a luggald.
I nearly freaked when I saw him standing by my pull spot.. but he is indifferent and ignores people killing pirates.

He was actually still yellow to me at 49. I guess his lvl varies btw 49 and 51.

all i know about him is that he was a red con to me at lvl 47, and dark blue the the lvl 63 pally i was with

He also cons dark blue to a lvl 51 Shaman and a lvl 58 Cleric. However to see if I could get him to speak I tried giving him various items and he equipped them.
hes not lvl 70 he cons Dark blue to a lvl 56
