Yeah, so I notice now. Good catch. This is the ultimate in mob trivia but I enjoy finding out this kind of stuff, even for old zones.

Had MIND COLLAPSE debuff appear on my buff window TWICE. No idea what that means... Apparently not a display malfunction sincre PURIFIED SPIRITS cleared one but not both.
Also, you have to be close to see this mob with druid track. I have a feeling there's a z-axis kind of distance effect in this tunnel/portals. I think I've been missing this guy multiple times by relying on track from south or center of this zone.

The debuff has 2 other spells attached (one has a nuke by a different name) to it that are debuffs that go by the same name. This is maybe why you are seeing 2 debuffs.

this guy spawns in the multi floors area in the north part of zone.
He spawns on Floor F and K phers on both floors. if you are a BST. do not attack mob cause your G Claw Proc will kill you. its a bug i think or maybe they do not like BST on this named....
Your claws will trigger Proc all the time, but other Proc from weapons do not.
