Mina Glimmerwing  

Spawned NW corner closer to the brownie camp but not quite that far, then seemed to path S/SE. Killed Thistle a minute or two before Mina spawned. So maybe key on the non-named uncommon mobs along with the wandering trash slaughter?

I cam across this post from Whimsy Larktwitter.

This was a fairly straight forward cycle. I zoned in and began clearing all roaming mobs. Once the first named spawned, Old Dimshimmer, it then just cycled through each name by continuing to kill all trash. Perhaps it was good luck on RNG or it might be a cycle. I went Old Dimshimmer, Queen Nasheeji, Mina Glimmerwing, Crookstinger, and finally Whimsy Larktwitter. I never got a duplicate. Achievement completed in less than 2 hours at 65 just slaughtering roaming named. Having track is basically an essential on this one.

I believe that the above information is true, however in my passing I saw a repeat of Queen Nasheeji.

I believe that running around the zone is the trick in this zone (NOT!). However, I don't think this is what you have to do.
I was killing sets of non faction mobs using my ranger. For example I would kill all the skeletons, I went on with wasps, wolves or spiders. Then from another post Thistle Underbrush (fast reoccurring mob). Bracken Underbrush, Princess Joleenam and Equestrielle the Corrupted are place holders. Other place holders I suspect are the roaming shadow knight and other single non faction mobs that roam the zone.

Also, Mina Glimmerwing spawn right near the Elf fort and I saw here being attacked. So when you see her go for her.
Thankfully, I got her in time.

Whats the PH the spawn Loc and the spawn time?

Killed her today with my lvl 24 druid. Pretty easy kill, used all my mana though with DD lightning spell. All she dropped when I killed her was a lousy cap and a fairy wing though :(

:( stoopid fairy was blue to me at 25th, she does lotsa damage and doesn't like being rooted, she ran off and got killed by a stoopid npc so no loot for me :(

Well, agressive is perhaps a better word. She attacked my 38 ranger last night when I hailed her. This was on 6/15/01. She conned quite green, and couldn't touch me in melee, but did get off a few of very fast casting smite spells for 51, 54, and 10. No exp or faction hits for her death, and only 7 silver, 11 copper as loot.

I am a level 22 Druid and Mina cons Blues to me. She hits a lot harder than her level as well. I has to haul bark for the zone after getting her down halfway twice, just to have her do a full heal each time. I Finally ran out of mana.

While this is a good site and i get alot of info i been wondering something so i cross refernced with 2 other pages and found out that the Glimmer Ring that we all want is no longer in the game it has been removed another thing is she is about lvl 25-27 also those who had these rings dont anymore for their rings turned into a cloth cape
Man i would have loved to have one too. well happy hunting now that we know we cam quit camping her.

twice i have spotted her on track and killed her and no ring yet...how rare is it?

Today Mina /coned yellow to my level 19 ranger so her level is higher than the one currently marked(17-17).

I took my level 18 half-elf paladin into Lesser Faydark last week. Mina attacked him without provocation, conned yellow, and killed him. So she sometimes spawns at level 19 or 20. Her chief weapon against my paladin was what I think is a cleric spell. Anyway, he was "smitten" for significant damage several times.
