This page is about the upgradable Omens of War (OoW) augmentations. Obviously, these items came out with OoW release, and involved some intensive and expensive tradeskilling to upgrade. First to upgrade the augmentations themselves, require Jewel Crafting, and is the least expensive part of upgrading. Once the stones (augments) have been upgraded, the use of Make Poison or Alchemy is required along with Blacksmithing to add and upgrade a Focus Effect. Besides the augs themselvs, the other primary farmed item for the best upgraded augs, is Discordant Scoriae.

The following tables can be used to determine which combination of augmentation and focus effect to get or make, and the naming of the completed item. Naming consists of A-D_Prefix augmentation of E-H_Prefix focus_name, such as Radiant Howlite of Pure Sundering. This example would give Strikethrough +3% with Cleave III focus effect.
