Before entering through the archway, have all group members stand together and countdown before entering. Group members even a few seconds behind the first person will be shut out of the fight.
Attack her normally. After a minute or so she will summon about 3 adds. Get behind her at this time. When the adds are killed she will choose a random direction and shoot a ray-like lightning ability that. She then continues to turn with the ray-like ability, making a complete circle. Spread in a ring almost on top of her before the adds die and when she chooses a direction run through or around her appropriately and then just stay out of the way. It is very easy to avoid. When she is done with the lightning rinse and repeat. If you have fast dps you can avoid a second round.
Wild Lightning: Deals 1k damage per second to anyone in 180 degrees in front. Moves clockwise 90 degrees 3 times. Casted 40 seconds after summoning adds.
Grip of Storms: Raises all players into air and then knocks them back dealing 2-2.5k damage. Casted immediately after Wild Lightning finishes.
Paralyzing Shock: Deals 2k damage to random target.
Debuff: Places a debuff on a target dealing 900 damage in an AoE around target. Can be dispelled.
Summon Adds: Summons 5 adds. Adds have a charge that deals 850-900 damage and leaves a stacking debuff that increases damage taken by 10%. After 40 seconds have passed, they despawn and 5 adds spawn in place per add that was not slain in time(potentially 25).
