I think theese guys are tough. Especially if you are a caster. They keep shooting them arrows to interrupt your casting if you have rooted them for instance. I'd say - be careful! They are tougher than you expect.

Iam a lvl 14 shaman and had a friend with me that was a lvl 12 magicial, this can be killed eazy. He does hit hard, but has little life. Does not have good loot, but good experience in the mid teens.
