Yeah, he does rampage.
Max I saw on Time-geared wizard was 2705.
I thought it was wild rampage at first but I don't think so. Have a rampage tank engaged and ramp stays on that tank. If you have the main tank alone and the rest of the raid at a distance, then the rampage seems to go down a list of targets, even if none of them have died.
Enchanter slowe (forlorn deeds) seems to be resisted. Better to use shaman slow. Only Cloud of Grummus landed (after malo, no tash available.)
Birak has about 450k HPs.
