*** SPOILER ALERT ***
(if you want to figure out the Skyshrine maze yourself, do not read on)

Tilanar is at the base of the SW tower.

First off, you need to have the current maps from Mapfiend:

Secondly, you will need to have decent faction with Claws of Veeshan. I was able to get the quest with "amiable" faction. Not sure if you can do it with "indifferent" or lower. Easy to CON the mobs at zone in to check.

The map is a little tricky due to the heavy use of GRAY. From the CS entry, head north out of the room and take the first right (east). Follow that all the way east (you will need to jog a bit south for the last hall way). This final hallway will head south and then back west to a large room. Take the RAMP at the south end and continue south in the next area and up the southern stairs. At the top, turn east and follow the LEFT wall for the next two intersections.

If you keep to this path and follow the remaining hallways you should come to the bridge over the CS entry area. On the other side is a ledge with a portal pad that takes you to the room below. From there you head up the large staircase and all the way to the MAZE (yellow NE area).

THE MAZE: The mapfiend map has red guidelines to get you through this puzzle area. Follow them exactly. There is ONE MISSING PART, however. When you hit the 2nd portal/jump (you should be in the TOP, MIDDLE of the maze) STOP. Turn and face SouthEast. Now walk that direction until you are in the middle of that hallway. Now TURN 180-degrees (back the way you came) and walk back over the portal pad to the NW. The rest is clearly marked on the map.

Once you jump to the SW tower, enter the 1st door and you will find Tilanar in the NE corner of that room. IIRC, s/he is a wyvern type NPC.
