The Arisen Dragoon T`Vex  

This cast "Fink's Diseased Touch" (DOT + snare, so puller be prepared) when aggro'd and every 30 seconds thereafter. No other spell effects observed.

It drops the "Shimmering Kylong Buckler".

This has roaming PHs in the west wing near the one-way drop-off point. One roamer is in the hallways on the top-side of the drop-off (wanders into a side room) and one roamer is in the hall on the lower side of the drop-off (in the same room as "Arisen Mentor Sishallan" -- the PH will wander right up to its spawn point).

This is kind of an inconvenient camp with the PHs being separated by the drop-off. We set up just above the drop-off (only one roamer goes through this location) and pulled both PHs from that spot. A much easier location to set up (if you don't mind only pulling one PH and decreasing your odds of spawning him) is the little alcove south of Arisen Mentor Sishallan's spawn point. If you tuck yourself into the corner of this alcove, this is one of the very few safe spots in the zone.
