I (55 Mage) was grouped today with Rogue, SK, Ench, Necro, & Cleric, all ranging from 51 to 58th level. We killed one of these mobs, which was dark blue to me. Seemed fairly easy to kill, I don't remember how hard it hit tho.
It dropped a Blizzard-something Blade, the stats of which I don't remember, but it seemed pretty nice, & the Rogue was very happy to get it.

group went on a collection mission, 29 half frozen capsules. i was the only 64, others were 65. only named we encountered that adventure. looks like another one of those hooved things, not a cunning fiend though. Healed itself to 45% when on low hp's. still killed it but was a mess with about 4 adds. The chanter was exceptional, and i did a little being a bard. about all i know of this creature
