This guy runs a circular path running along the north side of the Giant fort, down into the valley and up the other side (circling around the spire in the valley) and back towards the fort.
I've run into him while faction farming in Great Divide several times in that area, running along that path.

Decided to go shopping in the Bazaar last night and raised my previously low Wis from 126 to 191! This raised my mana from a meager 1130 to a whopping 1620! Well, after getting buffed i decided to take my new gear out for a quick spin in Great Divide. Im a lvl 33 Druid and have a habit of picking fights with things alot tougher than myself for soloing purposes. Good thing I had all that extra mana! I agro'd a regular dire wolf when i pulled Drakkel, so I took care of him 1st. Then I did my druid thing and DOT, DOT, DOT'd Drakkel. He took all my mana (with Clar) and I had to med 2-3 more times just to finish him off. Tough fight, but a good fight! :) He did ensnare easily, which makes all the difference, and unlike some of the Giants in the area, I was able to keep him Rooted for more than 5sec. He Dropped The Blood Wolf Harness and a pelt. Good Luck folks!
