You say, 'Hail, Danubi'
Danubi says, 'It's hard to fathom how difficult things have become in Freeport. I lost my entire family save me and my brother to the Deathfist orcs as they traveled to restock our goods for sale. And now I am alone and, worse, I could [stand to lose] all I have, even the memories of my family.'
You say, 'stand to lose'
Danubi says, 'The powers that be in Freeport do not care about my plight and the loss of my family it would seem as a tax collector for the Militia sent notice that he would arrive... with guards. I have no money left now because I have no goods, so I had [to act] fast.'
You say, 'to act'
Danubi says, 'I already know that the Militia will take any kind of payment in lieu of coin, so I gathered all of my family's cherished possessions and ran as fast as can be to the arena and hid them during the late hours. I managed to elude the Militia this time, but I fear I have lost my family's treasures forever! If you [agree] to help me, I will tell you the rest of my story. I sense a good in you.'
You say, 'agree'
Danubi says, 'I found some empty chests in the arena and stored my goods there. When I returned after the tax collector came, I saw that where all were sleeping the eve prior, there were now bandits and thieves huddled around these chests. And they will not let me pass. My neck was scarred by one as they threatened me. I beg you. Please return my possessions. My heart cannot stand to lose them as I lost my kin. You will be rewarded as best I can and my aunt has ties to the Priests of Marr who will hear of your deeds. Say when you are [ready] and I will teleport you there.'
