Am looking for the fifth one. the graveyard by windstalker is now there although it wasn't there before.
Success comes when preparation meets opportunity -- and EQ is no exception.
This location puts you right outside the gates of Qeynos, not the Windstalker village. I searched all around the Windstalker Village. I went to the grave on the hilltop near there and also to the ruins where all of the ghosts and skellies were, and found nothing.

Coldwind Shores Cemetary in Thundering Steppes, the Resting Ground in Sinking Sands, and the graveyard at the southwest end of the Forsaken Othmir Village in Cobalt Scar (sadistic much?!?). Also, thank you for making sure exiles go to Haven. <3
