What about Froglok Slaves? They are lvl 2, agro (i think that's a bug) and are very annoying. Also, what about the Toilmaster? He supposedly watches over the froggies but he doesnt do a very good job =) |

I play as 1/2 of a 45 Cleric/44 Paladin duo and was briefly in Burning Woods this weekend with a foursome that included a 40 druid and I think a 40 shaman. I never had to cast a heal spell once so I'm excited about the possibilities.

I was wandering around BW and I found a "heavy metallic crystal" laying on the ground. When identified, it says "Pure Iron for the Menhir". Does anyone have any idea what this thing is for?? |

A good group of 60s could take one probably, they're a fairly moderate drop rate at 1 in 10 or so. They're kind of a pain in the ass so no one really kills them. |

Same deal with the Dusty BP. Monk usable, but only by small race monks (not including IKS).
Actually, when you think about it Bruce Lee was kinda scrawny . . .
Verant should make monk races more diverse. |

Heh. I traded a Crystallized Longsword (11/29) for this in EC on the Karana server. I really didn't have any idea as to it's value until I began looking online - so far, nobody ever answers my shout for a PC. Oh well, I'll lug it around for a while...

The plus 3 fire damage means that the weapon is 14/20 everytime the monster in question fails a resist check against fire.
So.... unless the monster you're fighting is very fire resistant the weapon will for all intents be 14/20. Against fire immune mobs it would be 11/20.

You are not getting stiffed out of anything. Coyote skulls are now dropping off of wolves in GF, so I bet that in the next patch all the wood elf rangers and bards and warriors and druids will start to get cool newbie quests, too.

No there isn't any special way, or better place to hunt really. They do seem to drop more often off woodland lions. But I've gotten them off puma's and young puma's too.

Any chance you can point us to the area of NRo your hunting in? I've killed close to 80 if not more of them, and still not one two.
I did see a mob I'd never seen though, a Deathfist Warrior wandering near the Oasis zone line. Green to a level 20, dropped a rusty short sword.

yah necro.. bummer that its a combant proc, but its got 10int, 40hp, 40mana. as far as casters with claws... u havent seen a necromancer wielding the hand of the reaper then. mmm.. and to think you are also getting the 8th shawl in this ordeal. yup.. cant wait to get bustin at the shawls |

It's quite a nasty wurm. Hits for high 100s, summons, and casts some spell that results in you being force struck.
Conned red to our level 45 group, but we attacked it anyway, as we were near the zone. As it ended up, three of us died through summonings, the other three *just* escaped. |

My group fought her last night, 11/1/00...blue to a 52, yellow to 50.
Our group was 52 shaman, 52 warrior, 51 Rogue, 50 Ranger, 47 SK, 50 Warrior. We were pulling wurms in BW near Slixin Klex and the warrior pulled this one...the 50 warrior got taken down right away, rogue went LD, but we manage |
