	CT is considered a dungeon, even if its an outdoor zone. Thats why you can can sow and shrink in it. Try going to WC and cast shrink there - thats a nogo! EDIT: Although it possible now, after VI's latest nerf on shrink. :) Edited, Thu Oct 3 12:54:38 2002

	Spell Casting Mastery (SCM as mrwookie pointed out) will help you conserve mana over the long haul. It too will cost 12 AA to maxed out (2+4+6). With the Out-Of-Combat regen system in place now, mental clarity is nearly a waste. Sure pick it up at some point, but not a high priority now.
