Server Problems, Verant Responds
The EQ servers are having some troubles (I'm sure you know), here's Verant's response on the Network Status Page:
The following servers are unavailable due to emergency maintenance; Terris Thule, Luclin, E'ci, Drinal, Tholuxe Paells, Fennin Ro, Innoruuk, Tarew Mar, Povar, Solusek Ro, Xev. The following servers will have some zones unavailable due to emergency maintenance; Vazaelle, Bristlebane, Druzzil, Tallon Zek, The Tribunal, Vallon Zek. More information will be posted as it becomes available. We are sorry for the inconvience.
Also, the Antonius Bayle Server is back up, from Verant:
