for mobs you put the picture on a offsite link some are free and then post that link under the mob but the peeps who have access to add the pic to that mob might not see it.
If its a picture for a mob , you can try to send it to me here on the forums. I messed up some of my access to create new stuff or link items but I think I still have access to edit some mobs and add pics. click my user name and send a PM. please add the picture link and the mob link.
