Because you are questioned by a Praesertum other than the one that you are in, it is kept unbiased. My brother committed crimes against the city by assisting the Recuso. The refused are sent to Marus Seru as punishment and [interfering] with that punishment is interfering with Seru's way.'

Centurion Jelin says 'I would never be able to aid him, let alone think of it without failing the question. I just wish I knew how he was doing. I could not check on him, and could not ask you to check on him either, or you would defy Seru. That is something that I could not ask of anyone. The Question is a horrible ordeal. You will either die from being cast to Marus Seru or from the draining power of the Question itself.'

We need you to go into the Heart [Consillium] and replace their records with this one. This false record shows that they have completed their Question and still have time until their next one. Changing the records will make the question pass over us so that we avoid being discovered. Go in stealth, when you have completed this task bring me back the original records and your Insignia Earring.'

Head to Marus Seru and find Reothe at one of the Recuso camps in Marus Seru.

Reothe says 'Bregun Dorey... I have not heard that name in many years. I will never forget it. He was very unique, always running around with an odd metal hat on. He swore that it would keep out the mind probing magics of the Question. I know where he was last seen, and I will tell you if you help by getting us some [supplies].'

Reothe says 'Get me two Bark Potions, a Spring Crystal, and a Harvest Crystal. I will tell you where I last saw him headed. If you buy them in Sanctus Seru do not tell them you are giving aid to the Recuso or you shall be prosecuted as well.'
Head back into Sanctus Seru or wherever these are sold and get him what he wants. You can buy these before you even get to this part.

Reothe says 'This is great! We can treat our ingured and have something to eat for weeks. I can vaguely recall Bregun heading towards the Lair of the Netherbians. You might ask a guard there if they have seen him.'

Head to Netherbian Lair, Legionnaire Dalini is on the left as you head from the T intersection towards Marus Seru.

The information in this journal is invaluable and must be brought to the others attention. Take this insignia. When you are ready to help us further seek out Euzan Jurek, tell him you were sent by me, and he will tell you what you can do to further our cause. I can not tell you more than this, but keep the insignia close to you for now.'

What are you look... ah, I see you are eyeing my quiver. It is the Jeweled Quiver of the Hand. It is given to each ranger that is in the Hand's Ranks.

Aderyn Goldleaf says 'Katta Castellium is a dreary place. To show how vile it is, they have vampyres living within the city! My point though, is that they would easily spot one of us entering their city. You are just right. They would not question one from Norrath. If you with to prove your worth and earn your own Quiver go to Katta. Galren Fuzzytoes is know to us to be a spy, but we can never catch him. Surely it will be easier to find him within his own city. Defeat him, and retrieve any report that he is taking back to their Governors.
Galren can be found in Katta at loc -89, -531, -266. He hits for a max of 80 and does not cast. Spawn time is 1 hour exactly from his last death.

Head to Mons Letalis. Somewhere in the middle of the zone is a large spire in the sky, in the valley at the base of the spire is a cave entrance. An Ethereal Drape with no stats drops off the Spire Spirits. Greater Spire Spirits con blue, and the Lesser Spire Spirits con green/light blue to 55.
Hand in the robe to Jylian Frostshade.
Jylian Frostshade delicately removes one of the embroidered symbols from the fading robe. Jylian then begins to weave spells to the robe until it becomes fully materialized. 'These robes have unusual symbols all about them. I must study this symbol in greater deatail. Here you can have this robe, I have placed an enchantment on it to keep it from fading from this plane of existence any further. Your service to Seru is appreciated. Tergus Raslin was given the escape route that leads through Twilight Sea. He was to suppose to come through Scarlet Desert, so he should be coming this way. It has been a few days though and I do not know what has become of him. I will head back to Sanctus Seru to let Yuka know you are on the case.

Once that is done, we can deal with his contact.

So the trade route could be reestablished.

The refused are sent to Marus Seru as punishment and [interfering] with that punishment is interfering with Seru's way.'

Centurion Jelin says 'I would never be able to aid him, let alone think of it without failing the question. I just wish I knew how he was doing. I could not check on him, and could not ask you to check on him either, or you would defy Seru. That is something that I could not ask of anyone. The Question is a horrible ordeal. You will either die from being cast to Marus Seru or from the draining power of the Question itself.'

Head back into Sanctus Seru or wherever these are sold and get him what he wants. You can buy these before you even get to this part.

Defeat him, and retrieve any report that he is taking back to their Governors.

I went invis and entered his house. then handed both the coin and poison to Ornis Tranum, but you can hand them in seperately and it still works. so this can get off if someone does part out of order.
